A very hard fought match today which we always thought it would be, by no means a disgrace against such opposition
I think we have to take heart in our performance and keep on building as we have over the last couple of years.
Many congratulations to our three new bowlers, Cheryl Caswell & Ann Bradburn put in winning cards at home with
some fine bowling and Juliette King a very respectable 18 away on a very difficult green at Florence.
Well done also to Karen smith with a copper winning 21-7.
The group still remains very tight Staffordshire the only County to have won 2 matches as S Yorkshire beat Wales
today by 3 shots so still all to play for girls.
We take on South Yorkshire next so lets bounce back and show them what we are made of.
